Last Will and Testament

IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN.  I, Jeptha V. Williams, a citizen of the County of Suwannee and State of Florida, being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare, this to be my last WILL and TESTAMENT. That is to say, First, after all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, the residue of my estate, real and personal, I give bequeath, and dispose of, as follows to wit:-

To my beloved wife, One Dollar, lawful money of the United States, also the land and appurtenances situated thereon, known and described according to the U. W. Survey, as follows: - The S. W. 1-4 of the N. E. 1-4 of Section 4, Township 3 south, of Range 12 east, containing 40 acres, and being the land upon which my residence and farm is now located, to be the sole property during the term of her natural life; and after the death of my beloved wife, Harriet Williams, the said property to be divided equally between and among my heirs.

To my son, William Williams, One Dollar in lawful money of the United States.

To my son, John D. Williams, One Dollar lawful money of the United States.

To my daughter, Mary Chancey, One Dollar in lawful money of the United States.

To my daughter, Laura Sapp, One Dollar in Lawful money of the United States.

And I give, bequeath and devise all the rest, residue and remainder of any Real and Personal Estate, to my daughter Martha Robinson, and to her heirs, and assigns, forever.

And I do hereby make, constitute and appoint my said daughter Martha Robinson, to be executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.

In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affix my seal, this the 12 day of June A. D. 1901.

The above and foregoing written instrument was subscribed by the said Jeptha V. Williams in our presence, and acknowledged by him to each of us: and he at the same time published and declared the above instrument so subscribed to be his last Will and Testament; and we at the testator's request, and in his presence, have signed our names
