 Probate Record Book AA page 34 Mayo Court House:

State of Florida, March 15th, 1873
Lafayette County

A true and correct statement of the division of the property belonging to the estate of Arial Jones late of said county deceased between Henry C. Jones and Green B. Jones by mutual agreement to wit each one to have one undivided half interest in the land belonging to said estate amounting to one hundred and thirty nine Acres more or less value one hundred and fifty dollars $150 also each to have one half of the house hold furniture of the value of fifty dollars to be divided between themselves $50. The said Henry C Jones to have the old mare valued at twenty five dollars and ten head of stock cattle value $50. All the hogs belonging to said estate value $15. The said Green B. Jones to have twenty head of stock cattle value $100.

Actually agreed to and subscribed this 15th March 1873

Dear Sir I have given up the entire management of the Estate of Arial Jones late of Said County deceased to Henry C. Jones and Green B Jones. I therefore ask you to dismiss me from the further management of said Estate
